We are looking for a relational, organized, and proactive leader who is passionate about hospitality and loves building teams. This role ensures that every guest and every member experiences warmth, excellence, and intentional care from the parking lot to the prayer team.

Reports to: Lead Location Pastor
Level: $20.00/ hr
Hours:Up to 20 hours a week
Sunday: Full Day (Service-Focused) — Approximately 6:30 AM–12:30 PM
Monday: Flexible (Administrative)
Tuesday: Team Meetings (12:00–1:30 PM, if possible)
Wednesday: Flexible
Thursday: Flexible
Friday & Saturday: Off
Weekday hours focus primarily on scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure teams are prepared and supported.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Received direct supervision from the Lead Location Pastor.
SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:
The Coordinator serves as a culture carrier, modeling hospitality, kindness, and unity. They work collaboratively with pastoral and ministry staff to ensure that the guest experience aligns with church policies, safety procedures, and overall ministry strategy. This role plays a key part in reinforcing a unified and welcoming church environment across the campus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead & Develop First Impression Teams
- Recruit, schedule, and develop volunteers for Greeters, Ushers, Prayer Team, Info Table, and Groups
- Cultivate a culture of hospitality, ownership, and excellence
- Proactively identify gaps and fill volunteer needs before Sunday
Ensure Service Readiness
- Confirm all essential tasks are completed accurately at least one hour before service
- Help oversee smooth operations of the Playground Patio during service
- Problem-solve in real time with calm leadership and initiative
- Maintain strong communication with volunteers throughout the week
Drive Connection & Growth
- Coordinate communication and connection requests in Rock
- Lead Growth Group recruitment and scheduling
- Support follow-up and care to help people take next steps
Administrative Leadership
- Manage weekly scheduling and volunteer communication (email, text, calls)
- Plan and execute workflows to ensure Sunday excellence
- Meet weekly (1 hour) with supervisor for alignment and coaching

- Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, with a personal relationship demonstrated through consistent lifestyle, character, and active participation in a local church.
- Organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Eager to support a healthy staff culture during transition
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measurable Success Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)
- High-performing candidates will be energized by clear wins and visible impact. Success in this role may include:
- 85-90% of First Impression volunteer roles filled weekly
- Volunteer schedules completed at least 10 days in advance
- Clear follow-up of connection requests within 48 hours
- Growth Group recruitment cycle executed on time with increasing participation
- Sunday readiness confirmed one hour prior to service with minimal last-minute gaps
- Clear onboarding process for new volunteers implemented and documented
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Present for Sunday services (approximately 6:30 AM–12:30 PM)
- Flexible weekday availability to ensure Sunday readiness
- Able to lift and move tables, signs, and equipment up to 30 lbs (set-up/tear-down environment)
